Both FUZZEFACEtm and Y.A.P.tm are all handled as special orders. When an order comes in they are then processed and the work is started. Since orders are done this way for each company there are no returns. Each and every piece goes through our quality control before it leaves. If there is ever a manufacturers defect that item is then replaced. You have five (5) days from the time of delivery to make any claims. Since we do not stock items this also enables us to come out with new designs more often unlike other companies.

We take pride in bringing unique pet products made of fine quality to the market.

All of our items are hand done by master jewelers and embroiderers who take pride in each and every piece.

When placing your orders please allow enough time, since deliveries can take anywhere between 1-4 weeks depending on the season.
